The Great Gorilla Run route has had a revamp, taking in the iconic London sights of Tower Hill, Tower Bridge, The Globe, and the Southbank.
The Great Gorilla Run, starting at Minster Court, follows the Thames west, zig zagging over London, Southwark and Blackfriars Bridge.
The new route no longer sends gorilla runners north into the city but keeps to the more attractive paths following the Thames back along to Tower Hill.
The Gorilla Organization hopes that this years Great Gorilla Run will offer an even greater experience for the expected 800 gorilla runners as well as generating much needed fundraising and media attention to the cause of gorilla conservation.
