The first gorillas have been spotted at Waterloo Station in preparation for the Great Gorilla Run taking place on September 27th 2008.
This rare sight was mostly received with giggles from Londoners on their way to work; others found it rather alarming to see such an enthusiastic bunch of gorillas before they’d even had time to have their morning coffee. They may be the first gorillas to be seen in London this year but they definitely won’t be the last, the numbers just keep growing.
If you like the sound of getting gorilla suited then sign up for the Great Gorilla Run 08: www.greatgorillas.org/london
Alternatively, if you would like to volunteer please contact the Gorilla Organization on 0207-916-4974 or email sam@gorillas.org
Keep an eye out for our gorilla teams, maybe stop for a second and get a hug or take a leaflet for your office.
